Shipping policy
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. We also spot check tracking on orders to make sure they are arriving on-time and if we notice a delay listed we will contact you to make you aware.
Our goal is to have all orders shipped out with in 1 Business Day. When applicable we will try to ship Friday orders on Saturday and AM Saturday orders same day. If we are unable to get an order shipped on Saturday it will go out the following Monday AM. (This excludes any holidays where shipping carriers are closed)
We mainly use the standard shipping from USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping may be available during checkout.

In the event that an order is delivered to the wrong address Real Buffalo Inc is not the responsible party in finding a resolution, the customer must contact and work directly with the shipping carrier putting in a claim. Doing so in an expedited matter will provide the fastest resolution including the possibility of recovering the package.
